Who operates Astrology AI

The service operator’s legal identity and location will be added before public launch. This policy describes the current web application.

Information used by the service

We store your email address and a hashed password to manage your account. You provide your date and place of birth and, optionally, your birth time for personalized astrology. Your messages, AI replies, and generated readings are stored so you can return to them. Session and security cookies support authentication and protect requests.

Why we use this information

We use account information to sign you in; birth details and relevant conversation context to produce personalized readings and replies; and stored readings and messages to provide your history. Technical request information may be processed to operate and secure the service.

The operator must confirm applicable legal bases, hosting arrangements, and any operational logging before publication of the final policy.

AI processing and service providers

Astrology AI uses Google’s Gemini service to generate readings and replies. Birth details and relevant conversation content are sent to that service when generating a response. Do not include sensitive information or information about others that you do not have permission to share.

AI processing is subject to the provider’s applicable service terms. Hosting locations, provider retention settings, and international transfer safeguards must be confirmed by the operator before launch. We do not promise that AI requests remain in your country or are never retained by a provider.

Storage and retention

Your account, birth profile, conversations, and cached readings are stored by the service. You can delete individual conversations in the app. An account deletion interface is not currently available. The operator must establish retention periods and procedures for account deletion, backups, and provider-held data before launch.

Your choices and requests

You can edit your birth details in Settings, delete conversations, sign out, and clear your browser’s stored data. Clearing cookies does not delete your account or messages on the server. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, object to processing, or complain to a data protection authority.

Cookies and local storage

We use Google Analytics (G-LR9T3MPNGK) across the website and app to understand page visits and usage. Google processes technical information such as page URLs, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, and network information. We do not add your email address, birth details, readings, or chat messages to analytics events. Advertising storage, Google signals, and ad personalization are disabled in our integration. Analytics

Google Analytics loads automatically when you visit the website or app. Google’s processing is described in Google’s Privacy Policy. Read our Cookie policy for storage details and controls.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when the service’s data practices change and revise the date above. Material changes should be communicated before the new practices take effect.
